Who we are...

Wynne Davis
Owner and Manager of Long Meadow Farm
Wynne has loved horses since a little girl so much so that when her parents decided to move, instead of finding a smaller place to live, they bought a farm to enhance all their dreams.  The first horse that the family owned was a 16-year old anglo-arab named White Mink.  After Mink came up lame in a horse show, the family decided that if Wynne was truely interested in showing she would get a horse she wanted.  She ended up with a 12-year old quarter horse named Toad's May Lady.  Soon Wynne's priorities changed, but her love never died.  After starting a family, she, her husband, Buck and daughter, Sara, came back home to take care of the family property.  Wynne prides herself on continuing her education, and opening her mind to whatever will help horse and rider succeed.

You can contact Wynne at wynne@longmeadowfarm.net. You can also find her on www.twitter.com/longmeadowfarm, or become a fan on the Long Meadow Farm page on facebook.

Stewart "Buck" Davis
Co-Owner/Land Manager
Buck came into the horse world via marriage.  He is a carpenter by trade (check out his tab on this web) doing home renovations consisting of painting, kitchen/bathroom remodeling, crafting furniture, building and repairing decks, even installing windows and doors.  So when Buck was asked if he would ever ride, his response was 'never'.  Well, what's that saying about never saying 'never'?  Buck fell in love with a previous boarder's horse, a beautiful Tennessee Walker, named Noche.  Buck is now our trail riding guide for our boarders and prepared students.
You can contact Buck on sadavis19@yahoo.com

Sara Davis
Jr. Barn Manager
Sara was born into the horse world with the passion that surrounds her.  She can be counted on to pick up the slack, drive the tractor whenever needed, and being camp counseler for the children's summer enrichment sessions.  If she is not down at the barn playing with the minis or riding Hook out on trail, she can be found behind a camera or with her nose in a good book.
