What an awesome summer it has been. Campers left such a
good impression on the horses here, learning that love, leadership, and working in partnership with their horse would take
them farther in learning to communicate. Safety was first and foremost, and lectures were not just given to deaf ears.
Campers worked just as hard teaching each other.
Here's what one mother had to say after sending her child
to camp at Long Meadow Farm:
The week my daughter spent at Long Meadow Farm was exactly what she was dreaming
of for her first experience with horses. Although she had taken a couple of lessons, what she really wanted to do was "get
close and bond with a horse." Your camp allowed her to feel independent and kept her safe at the same time. I was very
comfortable with the format and group size of your camp. I would love to send her again next year. Thank you and we hope to
see you next year.
